BUILDING STRUCTURES
FOUNDATIONS AND PLINTH
Pile foundations and a grid of reinforced concrete foundations on which load-bearing walls and cover panels rest.
EXTERIOR WALLS
The wall of hollow concrete blocks is plastered from the inside.
Polystyrene foam thermal insulation.
Decorative plaster.

INTERNAL WALLS
Load-bearing interior walls separating apartments:
hollow concrete block wall, plaster on both sides.
Interior walls of apartments:
high-strength plasterboard sheet with increased moisture resistance and sound insulation properties on both sides, metal frame with mineral wool filling.
Shaft walls in apartments:
2 layers of high strength plasterboard cladding, metal.
Storage walls:
birch plywood on one side to the wooden frame structure.

ELEVATOR
One elevator in each building. The carrying capacity of each elevator is 630 kg, 8 persons.
ENGINEERING NETWORKS
HEATING
Central city heating, separate meter for each apartment. Heating in the apartments is provided with heated floors. Heating meters can be read remotely.

ELECTRICAL SUPPLY
An individual electricity control meter for each apartment, located in the electricity distribution room. Automatic fuses in the apartments.

WATER SUPPLY
Central city water supply, separate cold and hot water meter for each apartment. Water meters can be read remotely.
VENTILATION
In apartments, individual ventilation equipment - recuperators with heat recovery function. Air intake and exhaust through grid in the outer wall of the building and kitchen exhaust with exhaust on the roof.

WEAK CURRENTS
Apartments will have intercom equipment. It is planned to install TV and Internet sockets. Smoke detectors will be installed.

At the bottom of the stairwells and mezzanines, the concrete ceiling is puttyed and painted.

Reinforced concrete covers treated with anti-dust coating.
PLUMBING
The sanitary units are equipped with appropriate plumbing equipment - a bathtub, a shower trap built into the floor, a sink, a toilet bowl, installed water mixers, built-in connection points for a washing machine.
