HOW TO BUY YOUR NEW HOME?

3 steps to a new home

1 RESERVATION

The apartment can be reserved for 15 days. There are no reservation payments at this stage.

During the reservation period, depending on the need, you will be able to receive a consultation at the credit institution about financing options, and we will also prepare and agree with you the terms of the preliminary agreement or the purchase agreement.

2 PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT

If the real estate is purchased during the construction of a residential building, we will conclude a preliminary purchase agreement with you, according to which you will have to pay a security deposit of 10% of the transaction amount.

3 PURCHASE AGREEMENT

We will sign the purchase agreement after the building is commissioned and divided into apartment properties.

After signing the purchase agreement, the remaining 90% of the transaction amount will be paid, if a preliminary agreement was concluded before that, or the purchase amount in full, if you chose the property already after the building was put into operation and the preliminary agreement was not concluded.

IF FINANCING IS REQUIRED

If you need financing from a credit institution for the purchase of an apartment, we invite you to contact the representatives of our cooperation banks to consult and agree on individual conditions suitable for your situation.
